"The Old Barn" was inspired from an "adventure" I went on as a child when I was maybe 11 or 12 years old. We were "exploring" in the woods and pastures of rural Wisconsin where I used to live. My friend's house was in the country and there was open woods and pastures that seemed to go on FOREVER. We found an old barn that was broken down and no longer used so weeds, bushes etc. had taken over the structure. I remember getting a weird feeling in my stomach when we were debating about whether to go in. You remember those tummy feelings? The ones where you're a little exciting but a little scared and the mixture of those feelings manifests into a weird vertigo feeling.
